Price Guarantee

Rosenberry Rooms strives to offer you exceptional products at competitive prices. We will gladly honor a lower price from another American online store, as long as the items being compared are exactly alike. In order to match a lower price, it must be brought to our attention before the order is placed, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. The guidelines for our Price Match policy are as follows:

  • The retailer and or website must be an authorized seller of the manufacturer.
  • The product must be identical (color and style) to the item you want to purchase from Rosenberry Rooms.
  • The item must be in stock.
  • Price must be in US dollars.
  • Additional charges such as sales tax and shipping costs will be calculated to compare prices.
  • We do not price match auction sites or flash sale sites (i.e. eBay, One Kings Lane).
  • Some of our designers' lines are unable to be discounted under any circumstances.
  • We cannot price match any website that is advertising a daily deal, liquidation, or clearance prices.

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of North Carolina. Rosenberry Rooms is, however, required to collect 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to a North Carolina address.

Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our products may be backordered for a period of time. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified of the expected ship date of that item. All backorders will ship promptly unless the order has been cancelled. To cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation to You will receive an email confirming cancellation, providing the item has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. These rates apply only to orders shipped via Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

If the shipping address provided at checkout needs to be changed for any reason after the package(s) has shipped, re-routing fees may apply. Some of our products are shipped with a signature requirement upon delivery. If you have any questions or if you would like to inquire about whether your order will require a signature for delivery, please contact our Customer Care department.

Standard Delivery vs. Premier Delivery

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery for larger items includes placement of the item just inside the main threshold of your home or building (delivery to any floor other than the main floor will require our Premier Delivery service).

Premier Delivery

For an extra fee, you may request Premier Delivery, which includes placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking the item, assembly, and bundling of the packaging debris. Please make us aware of any specific arrangements needed to gain access to your residence such as spiral staircases, ferry transportation, freight elevator appointments, or additionally insured building insurance, as additional fees or surcharges may apply. 

Please note: Due to the extra care and handling involved with our Premier Delivery service, the shipping time may be extended up to 1 - 2 weeks beyond standard shipping times. Shipping times will vary based on the delivery address. Please note furniture assembly may not always occur when delivery is made and may require an additional appointment.

Freight Shipments

The transit time for freight shipments is generally 2 to 4 weeks, although transit times will vary depending on where the freight is shipping from and the destination shipping address. This transit time should be considered in addition to the regular lead time listed for the product on our website. If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. If your home is located in a remote area, or along a narrow or unpaved road that may be difficult to navigate in a large freight carrier, please make certain to notify us when you place your order. Some delivery locations may require special arrangements that are best made in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item's packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver's delivery ticket. Please remember that if you sign the delivery ticket as "clear" and without notating any damage, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the merchandise.

Delivery Time

Items that are listed as "in stock" are typically able to ship within one week after you place your order, and many will ship sooner; however, depending on the type of item and the brand, some in stock items may take a bit longer to ship. If you have specific questions regarding the expected ship date of an in stock item, please contact our Customer Care department at (877) 214-6875.

Items that are listed as "made-to-order" are created especially for you by the artist or designer when you place your order. Made-to-order items typically take a bit longer to ship since they have to be painted, personalized, built, or sewn just for you. If you would like to know approximately how soon a specific made-to-order item can ship, feel free to contact us. We are more than happy to provide additional information - and we promise that made-to-order items are well worth the wait!

Production times for new orders are listed on some product pages in the case that we know how long production of a new order will take  (ex. "Usually ships in 3 to 4 weeks"). Sometimes these production times will change throughout the year, and we will change the listed production time posted on our site. Please note that your order will usually be produced in the time frame posted on our site on the day you placed your order, which may be different from the production time posted on our site today. We are always happy to provide you with an estimated completion date for your items.

Please keep in mind that furniture ships via freight carrier and will take, on average, two to four (2-4) additional weeks for transit. Transit time is in addition to the normal production time of the furniture piece(s) and will vary depending on where the shipment originates and where it is delivered.

Rosenberry Rooms makes every effort to note expected delays on each product page but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays or backorders on items that are normally in stock or listed with a specific shipping time. Any shipping times given on product pages are estimates. We will always make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of your items and notify you of any delays.

International Orders

International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges than stated above. When an order is placed for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states, we will contact you via e-mail if the actual shipping fee is different than what is quoted at checkout. If you receive such notice, your approval is required before the order is processed. Some of our artists are not able to ship internationally, and therefore some item(s) may ship to our North Carolina warehouse before shipping to the end location.

Any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be billed to the recipient directly, and is their responsibility. Rosenberry Rooms does not collect money on anyone's behalf for taxes or duties. Because most of our products ship directly from each artisan, it's possible that your order will contain multiple shipments. Please note:

At this time we are unable to arrange for freight shipments of large furniture items outside of the 48 contiguous states.

For international orders that include lighting items, we recommend that you contact our Customer Care department prior to placing your order to ensure the lighting selected is compatible with the wiring in your country of residence. Most lighting products we offer are wired for use in North America, Mexico and South America; however, many of our lighting designers can rewire for use in other continents if requested in advance.

Returns and Exchanges

Rosenberry Rooms is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase! 

Furniture and Custom Orders

Furniture and personalized and/or custom-made furnishings, bedding, accessories, art, gifts and all other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel an order for furniture or made-to-order items, you may do so within two (2) business days of your original order date. For furniture orders where delivery is not accepted due to buyer's remorse or refusal to schedule a delivery time, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping charges will apply. 

Non-Custom Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging for a refund, exchange or store credit. Simply email our Customer Care department at within 30 days of receipt of the item with your name and order number, and we will give you a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 business days and should be included in your return.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

Please note:

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • We are happy to provide a return shipping label to you upon request. Please call our customer care department at (877) 214-6875 or email us at to request a return shipping label. All you'll need to do is print the label and drop the package off at a FedEx drop off location (we are not able to schedule a FedEx pickup).
  • Rug returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • International orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that the recipient pay the return shipping costs.
  • All sale items are final sale.

Product Damage or Defect for Non-Furniture Related Orders

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We will work quickly and diligently to resolve this issue for you.

Claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt by calling our Customer Care department at (877) 214-6875. Please keep all packaging materials in case the shipper needs to inspect the package during their claims process.

Fabric Swatches and Color Samples

If you wish to look at fabric swatches or color/finish samples as you select products for your child's bedroom or nursery, we will gladly supply them. Due to the high demand for fabric and furniture finish samples, we do charge $5 per sample, however we will refund you when the samples are returned. All furniture samples (wood and metal) must be returned to Rosenberry Rooms. At this time, we are unable to provide rug samples.

It is our top priority to choose products that are not only beautiful but also safe for your children. Rosenberry Rooms carries only high quality and well-crafted furnishings, linens and accessories. We cannot, however, be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold on Prices, availability and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time. Rosenberry Rooms strives to provide accurate product and pricing information to our customers at all times. However, errors do occur on rare occasions, in which case we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and cancel any affected orders. If a credit card charge had been processed, a refund would be issued immediately.
